Cancellation policy / Terms and Conditions *ACCEPTEDExecutive Car Services has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for individual reservations of Sedans and SUVs, a 48 hour cancellation policy for all Sprinter Van reservations, and a one week cancellation policy during Christmas/New Years (12/24 - 01/02), MLK Weekend, Presidents Weekend and during The Sundance Film Festival. Any reservation canceled within that window will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Please also note that all Event Shuttle Transportation (VAN, MINI AND COACH BUS) HAS A 72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Company (Executive Car Services) is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The driver has the right to terminate any run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) ). Overtime pay will apply retroactively after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or cancellations in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Hourly Transfers are billed in 15 minute increments. Submit
